I’ll show you where I come from

Last month I went back to France, where I grew up. I have been back home a few times since I came to Canada, but this time I took with me three Canadian friends to show them where I come from. I grew up on the coast of south Brittany facing the Atlantic Ocean. The weather was changing from day to day but nothing to stop us exploring the land of my childhood. I tool my friends to this little island which is a main destination for tourists in summer: Noirmoutier. One of the famous characteristics of this island is its little wood beach cabins which exist since 1861 when it was not allowed to change into your swimsuit directly on the beach. Today there are 213 cabins on the island and they make the charm of the seafront. You can even rent them if you are ready to wait for a long time, the waiting list is almost infinite. The summer season was not really started yet but walking in the sand in this special landscape was worth the drive. Add to that a delicious sea food lunch and you would start dreaming about having your own cabin on the beach.

  • Welcome

Hello dear visitor, welcome to my photography world. I am a radio frequency engineer who moved from France to experience a new life in Canada. Living far from my friends and family, traveling for fun and for work I created this blog and website to share a bit of my life with them and everyone else interested in photography. I grew up in front of the Atlantic Ocean in the south of the beautiful region of Brittany. As a passionate photographer, I try to catch the best of each moment from the life in the streets to the changing colors of nature. Photography has almost always been part of my life and helps me to understand and remember the beauty of our world. I hope you’ll enjoy your time spent here.
