We had a little bit more than a week to spend in France and we decided to not have a plan. Every year we come to France a few days and finally spend most of the time running in every direction to meet all our friends, family and favorite places. It is always a good moment, but not the best way to rest. This time should have been different: taking our time to do nothing and see how the day can surprise us. At the end it was a real road trip, some walks here and there, with friends and family, from my childhood beaches to the ones of the D-day. Most of the people I meet in Canada or USA like to tell me that they have visited France until I understand that they have been to Paris. But Paris is not the whole France and if most of the tourists like the wide avenues of Paris, to visit France it is better to get lost in the little countryside roads and coastal paths. That was our way: the little roads of Morbihan, some stops to look at the sea, a walk on the rocks of Loire Atlantique, on the cliffs of Calvados, in the castle of William the Conquerer, a break at Juno Beach where thousands of Canadians and allied forces gave their lives to liberate the France of 1944. At the end, we did not plan anything but we saw a lot: landscapes, History, friends and family with great foods and drinks. Impossible to not want to come back, even if it is to run here and there!

  • Welcome

Hello dear visitor, welcome to my photography world. I am a radio frequency engineer who moved from France to experience a new life in Canada. Living far from my friends and family, traveling for fun and for work I created this blog and website to share a bit of my life with them and everyone else interested in photography. I grew up in front of the Atlantic Ocean in the south of the beautiful region of Brittany. As a passionate photographer, I try to catch the best of each moment from the life in the streets to the changing colors of nature. Photography has almost always been part of my life and helps me to understand and remember the beauty of our world. I hope you’ll enjoy your time spent here.
